REFUND POLICY

At our gym, we are dedicated to supporting your fitness journey and providing a clean, safe, and motivating environment. While we aim for your complete satisfaction, we understand there may be situations where a refund is requested. Please review our policy below. Membership Refunds Refunds for gym memberships are available only under the following conditions: A written request is submitted within 10 days of the initial membership purchase. The member has not used the facility more than twice within that period. Medical conditions, supported by official documentation, that prevent the member from participating in fitness activities. Relocation to an area more than 30 kilometers from our facility (proof of relocation required). Note: Refunds for monthly memberships or renewals are not available once 10 days have passed from the payment date. Class or Training Session Refunds Refunds for group classes or personal training sessions are granted if: The request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. The class or session is canceled by the gym without an immediate reschedule option. Missed classes or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are non-refundable. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] or in person at the front desk with: Your membership or booking reference. A brief explanation of the reason for the request. Any necessary supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate, proof of address change). Refund Process Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account. Non-Refundable Items Guest passes and day passes. Nutritional or retail products purchased on-site. Memberships paid in full beyond the eligible refund window. Missed or unused training sessions without prior notice.
